We have within our group with a promoter or a general manager, an executive sponsor, a business manager, a financial manager and a professional staff of guides and tourist promoters of several languages, specializing in heritage, culture and history of Cuba.
We also have an extensive network of transportation various capacities with drivers over 10 years of experience, we distinguish a diverse network of private accommodation with quality, comfort and cubanía you need, located in some of the main poles and tourist destinations: Viñales, Havana, Varadero, Trinidad and among others.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SERVICE:
First: Cuba offers a well-known security for its people and (visitants, guests, tourists) during the whole day, being totally responsible during the provision of its services, while the client assumes the consequences of his actions under any state and place he is, our agency Cubawaystravel will not take on damages the client had caused about what it was mentioned before.
Second: Our agency is not responsible for the services that the client acquires out of the range of the ones that he agreed with us already. We only respond to any complaint the client claims us for any inconvenience caused by our borrowers during the provision of our services with the due compensation (previously negotiated) as long as the veracity of the complaint made by him will be well demonstrated 24 hours before the incident in Cuba.
Third: clients may pay in CUC (Cuban Convertible Peso) which is very important that he would updated with our change currency and payment difference. There are two ways of payment; we get the price once the client arrives to Cuba or through on line transference with the total amount already agreed and a schedule of the activities in the country. If it is necessary another way of payment we will let you know in advance.
Fourth: If the client decides to acquire optional services once in the island, the client will receive a Boucher will be by private and state borrowers under their rules together with ours.
Fifth: When the client arrives to Cuba, all the cancellations, modifications, reservations and payments of optional services of another kind may be done 24 hours in advance, as may be the cancellations and modifications for transfers 2 hours before the time agreed. Our policy at any operation that includes transport or our staff at your disposal is to give 10 minutes waiting of courtesy after the departure time already agreed. The clients who do not observe these rules will lose the right to have his money back. All the reservations outside the country are made more than 30 days and up to 72 hours in advance, including the arrival and departure flights from Cuba and they may be verified and modified by e-mail at least 7 days up to 48 hours before your arrival. Our agency reserves the right to accept them or not.
Sixth: The waiting times by the client without right to claim are:
- Two hours in the airport after the first client of the arriving flight comes out.
- Up to 10 minutes after the time agreed for the tours and transfers in which Cubawaystravel does not have any important information about your delay (unexpected situation).
Seventh: All the devolutios in cash from our agency in Cuba are not valid except:
- The services that the client acquires directly with us and they are already payed under any claim checked by us without getting in agreement of compensation.
- There is not availability of any unexpected situation that difficult the realizations of the services.
- The service reserved with state receptive agencies will be negotiated with you a compensation for the same price in case of bad services.
Eighth: Emigration and Customs services and international airlines are totally responsible for the flights’ delay, for that reason we do not assume the damages that this could cause. In this case we could discount 100% of the reservation concerning transfer services from the airport to the hotel with a tourist guide service included as well as the informations we do not receive in time. In case of any unexpected situation related with Anex 1 known by the agency already, we will assume the reservations of lodging and transfer services from the airport to the hotel for the first day during 24 hours. Once the client arrives to Cuba, we recommend him to contact our agency by means of our assistant in the airport to tell him what to do in this situation or any other problem may occur during the arriving to the country, he could do it by phone or e-mail too.
Ninth: Our providers are totally responsible for issuing and handing in the documents and the necessary information in a legible way.
Tenth: Cubawaystravel has the moral, legal and professional duty to offer all the information as soon as we can before arriving to Cuba.
Eleventh: It is very important that the client deliver to us through our assistant in the airport or send us by e-mail a copy of the Passport when he arrives to the country.
Twelveth: Cubawaystravel is the totally responsible for its services and to guarantee the quality of their realizations is its main duty. In case of any unexpected situation that could difficult these operations cannot carried out, Cubawaystravel is the one who can find the best solution with a previous negotiation with the client in order to satisfy his expectations, without assuming the responsibility about what happened.
Thirdteenth: Private rent houses only count with the European plan. Food is not included in lodging system of these houses so the client has to go out for breakfast, lunch and dinner around the city unless this service had been reserved with the agency, which is qualified to offer different options of food. On the other hand, the client must respect the rules established by the landowners being responsible for the damages bad behaviors could cause. If there is not available rooms in the house that was reserved alredy, our agency will informe the client in advance offering other options.
Fourteenth: The prices of the services that we offer can change depending on the high and low tourist seasons in the country.
Fifteenth: In case the client breach our rules, the agency has the right to discount a 100% of the equivalent of these services without any refund and their total cancellation according to the expiration time of the period already agreed.
Sixteenth: Tips are not included in any of our services, It is clients’ decisión to give them to our borrowers during the services reserved by him.
Seventeenth: All of these issues will appear in our website and will be available to clients in other languages.
